Today, I have finally finished the Lippy Chick website, I've uploaded all the pics I have of the books, included some stunning designs sent in by customers. I have to say, I love the new site, it may take hours to upload photo's, but I can honestly say it is worth it. I love how you can make images thumb nails but have the larger images behind, silly I know, but I love it, love it, love it. So go on over and check it out and let me know what you think. I'm still waiting on more of the DT images to come in for the flap page, and also a special one from a Guest DT member.

We have had a busy weekend, spent all day Saturday hunting for carpets and bits and bobs for the house. I was in need of a new headboard, as the old one was one I had made but would not suit the room any longer. Eventually found one, bought it, and then on the way out of the shop, saw the most adorable bed, wicker, iron, sleigh bed, you get the idea, Well it was on sale, and I said to Gerry, could I swap the headboard for the bed, NOPE, he says. So back to the shopping, 1hours later, we where in another store, and low and behold, the same bed is in there for £700 more than in the first shop, yahoo, I hound gerry, telling him, how he is saving £700, eventually he caves in, and says I have to ask at the shop, so back we go, I ask nicely and they say YES, yahoo, new bed for me. Now I just have to figure out how to get it home from the shop as they don't deliver. Ummmmhhh anybody got a van I can borrow please.

Sunday, me and Ben donned out scruffy clothes and stuck into cleaning the formal lounge as its now all decorated but needs a carpet, so we spent a good few hours scrubbing the floors and woodwork and I have to admit the room looks blooming brilliant now. Shame we lost steam and ended up watching videos, as we still have another 8 rooms to sort out. ahhhhhhhhhhhh. OMG. My house sounds massive, 8 rooms, haha, that includes all the little rooms as well.

Anyway, thats enough from me for today, my eyes are all googly from sitting at the PC for so long.

None of that Sissy Crap
Are you tired of those sissy "friendship" poems that always sound good,
But never actually come close to reality?

5. When you are worried -- I will tell you horrible stories about how much Worse it could be until you quit whining.
6. When you are confused -- I will use little words.
7. When you are sick -- Stay the hell away from me until you are well again. I don't want whatever you have.
8. When you fall -- I will point and laugh at your clumsy ass.
9. This is my oath.... I pledge it to the end. "Why?" you may ask;
"because you are my friend".
